I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where I learned innovative coaching methods, dietary theories, and practical lifestyle management techniques. My training empowers me to guide clients through emotional eating issues, hormonal imbalances, holistic nutrition, balancing life situations and improving whole person health.

The idea that wellness feels and looks the same for everyone and just takes willpower is, well, just plain wrong.
As your Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, I will listen, understand, guide, and empower you as we discuss what may be holding you back from finding balance and happiness in your daily life. I will help you navigate through all the contradictory nutrition and health advice you find online and on social media platforms. I will provide ongoing support as you set goals and make sustainable changes to improve your whole person wellness.
We are all bio-individual meaning, everybody is different and what works for one may not work for another. I have tools and techniques that help us get to the root of your issues and explore what truly works for you. We will focus on the whole person rather than the symptoms and work together to discover what holds you back from the joy for life that you want and you deserve.
In each coaching session, we will talk about things beyond food. We will seek to bring balance to essential elements of your life such as love and relationships as well as career and money. I will personally and carefully guide you to create sustainable adjustments that support your goals and motivate you to keep exploring your wellness journey.

When you decide to work with a wellness coach, there are 3 Pillars that will help you reach your goals.
1. APPROACH
You must want a proactive approach. No one else is going to get you where you want to go –
it is up to you.
Being successful is not about having the right kind of luck or expecting the right break to come your way. It is about taking steps every day to be better than you were the day before. Having a coach, or guide on the side, helps with motivation to keep moving in a positive, forward trajectory towards your goals.
2. WILLINGNESS
You must be willing to be coached.
It’s that simple. Just because you “know” what to do or "googled" information doesn’t mean that you act accordingly or follow the flock. Being open to coaching, helps you gain a deeper understanding of your own behaviors and emotions. Waiting for the perfect timing or perfect circumstance will always stand in the way of your progress.
3. GROWTH
You must desire growth.
Growth can come in many ways. To grow, you must be willing to explore new options and be open to doing the work necessary to face fears and emotional blocks around things that are holding you back from your joy. A coach supports your growth by encouraging you to try out new ideas and take steps towards balanced wellness and joy.
